JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Layout Coordinator

Location - Ahmedabad

Industry - Pharmaceuticals

Responsibilities:

• Function as a primary layout designer and coordinate with the manufacturer, and share the final layout with the manufacturer as per project requirements.
• Developing a layout as per the guidelines specified in the Mission Pharma layout manual.
• Archiving of final layout files in the respective folder.
• Update the layout status in D-365 with the necessary information.
• Follow up with the manufacturer to meet layout completion timelines.
• Representation of the layout function to support the sales segment.
• Assist the Regulatory Affairs team on layout requirements for product registration purposes.
• 8. Any other duties or work assigned by the Manager, with reporting of relevant key performance indicators.

Graduate in any field, a Degree/Diploma in Design is preferred. Skills in handling software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and CorelDRAW with basic Excel knowledge.

Work Experience: Preferably 3 + years’ experience from a pharmaceutical company handling the layout design of pharmaceutical and medical devices with coordination.
