Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive HR

Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad.

Job Purpose

An executive or Sr. Executive who handle plant level HR operations including contract labour, payroll, statutory compliances, and coordination with external authorities, ensuring smooth HR functioning and adherences to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory Act, and other applicable laws
• Liaison with statutory bodies and handle inspections, audits, and returns filing
• Maintain updated compliance registers and certificates

Liaisoning with Government & Private Authorities

• Handle correspondence and coordination with Labour Office, ESIC, PF Office, etc.
• Manage documentation and approvals required for plant HR operations

Contract Labour Management

• Oversee daily attendance and deployment of contract workers
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure manpower availability
• Maintain proper documentation and records as per CLRA Act
• Conduct periodic audits and compliance checks

Payroll & Attendance Management

• Manage attendance records, leave tracking, and salary processing
• Coordinate with the accounts team for timely salary disbursement
• Ensure accurate deduction and submission of statutory payments

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: PGDBM / MSW / MLW / MBA
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant setup
• Must have worked in areas of contract labour handling, compliance, and payroll
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Should be fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and English
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Laws.
