Job Description:

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Engineering Managers for upcoming opportunities
within leading industrial and resources environments across Australia. This is a senior technical leadership role responsible
for overseeing engineering execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving operational performance

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering teams across operational or project environments
• Implement governance frameworks and technical engineering standards
• Oversee project delivery, budgeting, and execution performance
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Provide technical oversight across multidisciplinary engineering functions
• Manage stakeholder engagement across site and corporate levels
• Support continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives
• Contribute to strategic planning and engineering capability development

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Tertiary Engineering qualification
• Proven engineering leadership experience in mining, heavy industry, or infrastructure
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and technical standards
• Demonstrated team leadership and project management capability
• Eligibility for membership or registration with Engineers Australia
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering environments

Visa Documentation Required:

• Valid passport
• Skills assessment (TRA or equivalent, depending on country of origin)
• Academic degree certificates and transcripts
• English language test results (IELTS/PTE or equivalent)
