Expression of Interest – Trades Professionals (Opportunities in Australia)

We will be seeking qualified HVAC Technicians / Airconditioning & Refrigeration Mechanics seeking employment-based relocation or skilled migration opportunities to Australia.

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced trades professionals who may be interested in potential future opportunities across Australia, including upcoming commercial, industrial, and operational projects.

This Expression of Interest is intended to create a talent pool for roles that may become available over the coming months and does not relate to a single, immediate vacancy.

The role of HVAC Technician / Airconditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic involves the installation, commissioning, servicing, fault finding, and maintenance of commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring safe operation, efficiency, and compliance with Australian standards and regulations.

This EOI is intended for skilled trades professionals who meet Australian migration and licensing requirements and are seeking long-term employment opportunities across Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, service, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Perform fault‑finding and diagnostics across electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
• Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability and compliance.
• Handle refrigerants in accordance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Complete maintenance records, service reports, and job documentation accurately.
• Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
• Liaise with supervisors, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Support commissioning, upgrades, and system optimization activities.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to industry and company standards.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Recognized Trade Qualification in Airconditioning & Refrigeration or HVAC.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial or industrial HVAC environments.
• Proven experience in installation, servicing, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Strong fault‑finding capability across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain Australian refrigerant handling and trade licenses (ARCtick).
• High attention to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
