FP&A Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a FP&A Manager who will interface with individuals across the organization, including senior management and contribute to the company's success by driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The role offers the ability to help analyze and drive high-level strategic initiatives and the opportunity to work closely with management and stakeholders to support decision-making and optimize financial performance.

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Analyze financial data to identify KPI's including trends, variances, and process improvement opportunities.
• Prepares ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for management and key stakeholders.
• Prepares pro-forma individual job-level P&Ls to assess margins and profitability.
• Manages the preparation of the monthly business performance review packages.
• Partners with the sales teams to establish financial metrics and KPIs for performance evaluation.
• Coordinates market analysis and reports for the senior leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CFA or CPA preferred) 
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role. 
• Strong command of accounting principles and an understanding of how information flows through accounting systems. 
• Understanding of the relationships between balance sheets, income statements, and statement of cash flows.
• Experience accessing data from various software applications. 
• Proven experience constructing complex financial models. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. 
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
