Inventory and Production Control Manager

About the Role:

As our Inventory and Production Control Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all production scheduling and inventory-related activities, as well as ordering materials and supplies. From stock accuracy to process improvements, you'll ensure we have the right materials, in the right place, at the right time.

What You’ll Do:

• Create Production Schedules
• Buy raw materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts
• Develop and implement inventory management procedures
• Monitor stock levels and make data-driven recommendations
• Cycle counts and inventory counts. 
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production teams
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Leverage software and reporting tools to optimize inventory flow

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience creating production schedules.
• Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Leadership experience with a hands-on attitude
• Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
