Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Drive the growth of the machine tool accessories product group. - Perform research and identify new customers and market opportunities. - Allocate majority of time towards cold outreach. - Deliver or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives. - Overcome objections and negotiate new deals. - Effectively manage and develop assigned customer list. - Participate in prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. - Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs. - Document all customer information, sales activities, and market data in CRM system. - Support line competencies by proposing new products with supporting market data. - Communicate effectively with internal departments to deliver high level customer satisfaction. - Attend industry functions, including tradeshows and association events. - Represent the company with the upmost professionalism and integrity. - Assist with Company web site, marketing metrics and other marketing materials. - Assist with product development, testing and training internally.
Qualifications
Essential Skills Needed: - Knowledge of the manufacturing industry - Knowledge of the wholesale sells cycle, B2B and B2C. - Entrepreneurial mind set and strong desire for financial reward. - Ability to apply pragmatic approach to creating optimal sales strategy. - Ability to allocate time strategically. - Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills. - Superior problem solving, analytical, planning and execution skills required. - Strategy development and project management skills. - Ability to determine, maintain and disseminate knowledge of current industry standards and innovations.
