Sales Director – Quebec
Location: Montreal, QC

Status: Home Office with travel to customer sites in Quebec and Atlantic Provinces (60% overnight sales)

The Sales Director is responsible for development of sales related activities and supervision of a team of Sales representatives within Quebec and Atlantic provinces.

You will be responsible for:

• Training, coaching and personal development of sales representatives and team members
• You will develop a network in Quebec working with distributors. This will include regular visits to our client dealer network and drive sales.
• Work with a structured sales approach to enable sales team to meet sales activity targets
• Assist our channel / dealer network in trade shows and events when needed
• Plan and create a sales funnel and open business opportunities in Saleforce CRM
• Management of Key accounts within the Quebec and Atlantic provinces
• Travel around Quebec and Atlantic provinces (60% overnight stays). International travel for training purposes, workshops and seminars

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business and/or Marketing
• Fully Bilingual in French and English (Speak, read , write and understand English and French)
• 5+ years of previous sales, sales management or business development experience
• 3 years of Sales Management and Supervisory experience
• Previous sales experience in food industry is a must
• Experience with key account management
• Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Salesforce (or other CRM system), Word, Excel, Powerpoing and Map Point)
• Ability to work in cross functional  , team oriented and results driven organization
• Ability to work within a structured sales process.
