ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Participate in strategic planning and (marketing) budgeting process (and management) to boost company recognition and ultimately sales. . 
• Competitive and Market (customer) analysis.
• Create a social media and website strategy.
• Manage partner marketing firm(s) on key projects.
• Manage product portfolio to maximize profitability throughout the product lifecycle. 
• Create solutions to existing product performance opportunities and generate product performance enhancements                                          
• Work closely with Sales to identify and meet product and market opportunities.                                                                                     
• Utilize project management skills to ensure projects are successfully completed on time and within budget.
• Track and manage marketing campaigns for effectiveness and ROI. 
• Prepare for and participate in trade shows. 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of well-rounded marketing experience. 
• Experience in Plastics is ideal, perhaps other custom or contract manufactured products.
• Blend of Strong sales acumen along with marketing acumen. 
• Strong branding, social media, and ecommerce experience. 
• Experience analyzing marketing campaign efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Experience preparing for and participating in trade shows. 
• Knowledge of marketing communications.
