Job Description
We are recruiting for a Plastics Process Engineer for an organization who is experiencing phenomenal growth. The Plastics Process Engineer will be a very hands-on, shop floor position assisting with production and implementation of process improvement initiatives. This position will actively work with customers and will be a liaison between the customer and the internal technical staff.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications
BS Plastics Engineering Experience (may consider other engineering degrees)
1+ years experience working in a plastics engineering manufacturing plant
Good commuication skills
Understanding of injection molding processes and mold functionality and design.
Ability to interpret CMM and other inspection system results and translate to tool steel conditions.
Ability to comprehend detailed specification and part drawings, including GD&T
