Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Own the financial planning cycle: budget development, forecasting, and capital planning.
• Oversee daily and long-term cash flow management, ensuring liquidity and financial health.
• Partner with leadership to analyze operational results and turn data into actionable strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead financial due diligence and integration efforts for acquisitions.
• Oversee process improvements across finance functions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting to support executive decision-making.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, aligned with divisional goals.
