Join a dynamic team in the manufacturing industry as a Commercial Recruiter, where you’ll play a pivotal role in building a high-performing workforce. This position focuses on attracting and hiring exceptional talent for commercial roles, including sales, marketing, business development, portfolio management, and field service. Partnering closely with leadership, you’ll drive recruitment strategies to meet business needs in a competitive market, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
Location: Cincinnati, OH Work Arrangement: 4 days in-office, 1 day work-from-home
Must be a US Citizen or Green card holder.
Work with department leaders to identify staffing needs and develop targeted job descriptions that attract top talent.
Source high-caliber candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards, as well as networking, referrals, and recruitment campaigns.
Evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone and video interviews, and assess candidates for role fit and cultural alignment.
Oversee the entire hiring process, from posting roles to negotiating offers, using applicant tracking systems like Workday.
Build and nurture robust talent pipelines to support current and future hiring demands.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to stakeholders to optimize hiring strategies.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive salary benchmarks, and innovative recruitment practices.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, ( can be a mix of agency and in-house talent acquisition), focused on commercial roles such as sales, marketing, or business development.
Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of commercial functions and business operations.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Must have: Experience recruiting for sales or commercial roles within chemical or industrial manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of employment regulations and best practices in hiring.
Familiarity with employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
