The Part-Time HR Officer supports the company in managing day-to-day human resources tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, documentation, attendance, and basic administrative duties. The role ensures smooth HR operations while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all HR processes.
Assist in posting job vacancies and screening CVs.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Prepare employment contracts and new hire documentation.
Support onboarding processes, including orientation, policy distribution, and job description sharing.
Support employees with HR-related questions and issues.
Assist in handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary procedures.
Help maintain a positive and organized work environment.
Monitor attendance records, leave requests, and overtime.
Submit attendance data to accounting/finance for payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Maintain and update employee files (contracts, IDs, evaluations).
Prepare HR letters, such as salary certificates, NOCs, or warnings.
Ensure confidentiality and accurate record-keeping.
Support the implementation of company policies.
Ensure staff are aware of and following procedures and updated guidelines.
Assist in updating job descriptions and organizational charts.
Track training needs and assist in planning development programs.
Coordinate internal workshops or external training sessions as needed.
Support HR-related logistics and office coordination.
Prepare simple HR reports for management when required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or administration preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Basic knowledge of Lebanese labor law is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
