The Customs Clearance Officer – Export & Import is responsible for handling all customs clearance activities for import and export shipments. The role ensures compliance with customs regulations, accurate documentation, and timely clearance while coordinating with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

Handle customs clearance for import and export shipments (air, sea, and land)

Prepare, submit, and follow up on customs declarations

Ensure compliance with customs laws, regulations, and procedures

Classify goods using correct HS codes and applicable tariffs

Calculate customs duties, taxes, and related charges

Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation

Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and transporters

Attend customs inspections and resolve clearance issues
