Provide administrative support to the team, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence

Assist in research activities, compiling data, and preparing reports

Organize meetings, events, and team activities

Maintain records, databases, and filing systems

Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

Coordinate internal and external communications effectively

Support project planning and follow-up on deadlines

Perform other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations

1–3 years of relevant administrative experience

Strong experience in research, organization, and office coordination

Fluent in English (verbal and written); French is a plus

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
