The Internal Auditor will play a key role in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in auditing, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Oversee and monitor the company’s accounting operations and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company policies.

Supervise accounting staff and review their work to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures.

Conduct internal audits to evaluate financial processes, risk management practices, and internal control systems.

Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements where necessary.

Ensure timely tax filings, payroll processing, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Provide financial reports, audit findings, and strategic recommendations to management.

Support the development and implementation of audit plans and risk assessments.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certification preferred (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent).

7–10 years of experience in accounting and internal audit.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, auditing principles, and internal control frameworks.
