Job Description: Senior Air Freight Executive

Job Summary

The Senior Air Freight Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing air freight shipments from booking to final delivery, ensuring timely execution, accurate documentation, compliance with airline and customs regulations, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end air export and import shipments.
• Coordinate bookings with airlines, customers, and overseas agents.
• Prepare and verify air freight documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs).
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Resolve shipment delays and operational issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update the freight forwarding system.
• Support customers by handling inquiries and ensuring service excellence.
• Assist junior team members and contribute to operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in air freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of airline operations, air cargo procedures, and customs regulations.
• Experience with freight forwarding systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
