Assistant Chief

Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Chief:

1. Prepping Ingredients: Cutting, marinating, and arranging ingredients before grilling begins.
2. Monitoring Grill Heat: Adjusting the grill temperature and ensuring even cooking.
3. Assisting in Cooking: Helping flip, check, and baste meats and vegetables on the grill.
4. Serving & Plating: Ensuring the food is cooked to perfection and plated beautifully.
5. Cleaning the Grill Area: Cleaning the grill, tools, and kitchen space before and after use.
6. Supporting the Grill Chief: Assisting the head grill chef with any tasks they need help with, from food prep to clean-up.
