We are looking for a confident and energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to expand our market reach.
Job Description:
- Identify and visit potential clients and business prospects in person
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct client engagement and networking
- Visit potential clients at their locations to present our offerings and negotiate deals
- Follow up with leads generated by marketing campaigns and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing collaborations
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and local business meetings to promote our services
- Present, demonstrate and promote our products/services face-to-face
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client accounts
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Negotiate contracts and close sales
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outdoor sales or field sales (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and car
- High school diploma or higher; higher education is a plus
- Good organizational skills and customer service mindset
