The Production Coordinator will assist the Operations Manager in planning, budgeting, and executing workshop and supplier-related operations. This role ensures efficient coordination between procurement, logistics, quality control, and finance departments, with a strong focus on supplier relations, contract management, and production order execution.

Assist the Operations Manager in developing and managing the annual budget for workshops.

Ensure the creation and implementation of standardized policies and procedures for all third-party workshops in alignment with company interests.

Negotiate favorable business terms and contracts with suppliers and workshops.

Safeguard all supplier contracts with the Finance Manager, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and renegotiating when necessary.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with all suppliers to ensure timely invoice processing and payments.

Oversee the placement of production orders based on approved requests.

Follow up daily on order placement, delivery timelines, and product receipts.

Coordinate with the Quality Control team to obtain feedback on product quality from various suppliers.

Work closely with the Logistics team to ensure timely ordering of supplies based on current stock levels and production needs.

Report regularly to the Operations Manager on the status and progress of ongoing tasks.

Perform any additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in production coordination, procurement, or operations is preferred.

Strong skills in negotiation, supplier management, and contract coordination.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external suppliers.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
