We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of HR experience. You will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment support, employee documentation, data entry, and coordination of HR processes.
Assist with posting job advertisements on various platforms
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital)
Help onboard new hires (collecting documents, preparing orientation materials)
Support in organizing HR events or activities (e.g. training sessions, team-building)
Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of HR data in the system
Help track employee attendance and leaves
Respond to basic HR-related queries from staff
Perform general administrative and clerical support as needed
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (can be ongoing)
0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
