Vitreoretinal Surgeon to join a well-established, multi-location practice in Seattle, Washington!

Reason for Job Opening: 2 physicians are reducing their FTE.   

Experience Requirement: New grad or Experienced MD

Partnership Opportunity: Yes, after year 1.

Target Compensation: $600k - $900k plus

Bonus Opportunity: NPC + Individual productivity bonus

Vacation/PTO: 20 days + 5 for CME

Target Start Date: ASAP

Current patient volume: 50 - 70 VPD

Support Staff:  Scribe + Tech and increases w/ volume.

Hospital Call: Yes

MDs on Staff: 3

ODs on Staff: No

OD Network:  Heavy internal referrals 

Hospital Affiliation: Valley Medical Center- part of the University of Washington.
