Target Compensation: Guaranteed base plus multiple bonus plans
○. Standard Monday–Friday schedule, with no regular weekend hours.
○. Minimal call coverage, shared among providers.
○. Flexible schedule options available. Full-time (4–5 days/week) preferred, but part-time will be considered.
Optical Bonus Opportunity: 3% of gross collections on personally attributable gross optical sales.
Production Bonus Opportunity: 20% of your personal collections (excluding optical) on all collections exceeding $390,000 annually (3x your base salary).
