Guaranteed salary at market rate for first year with opportunity to shift to high percentage of production model in Year 2.

• Immediate partner tract that is determined by individual performance and not arbitrary rules set by legacy providers. Faster tract to partnership has been 1 year after placement. Average is just over 2 years. There is no buy-in to partnership. Partnership grant is provided by the organization toward the purchase of partnership shares of profits interest.

• OD supported practice to ensure that MDs are working at the top of their license and can shape the most beneficial case mix for their desired practice.
• Metrics driven organization with full provider level data transparency that aids providers in understanding their own performance, practice patterns, support staff utilization patterns, and compensation. This transparency helps our MDs become part of shaping their practices to meet their individual professional and financial goals.
