Partnership Opportunity: Yes
Target Compensation: 300,000 plus bonus
Bonus Opportunity: 30% when gross receipts exceed 3x salary

Current patient volume: 4944 surgery patients in 2023
Support Staff: support for 2 surgeons in our ASC everyday Monday through Friday
Hospital Call: 10 or so weeks per year
MDs on Staff: 6-8
ODs on Staff: 7
Partners: 10
OD Network: Northeast Ohio
OD – patient per day expectation: 30-40
Refractive Surgery - Lasik: minimal but would be great opportunity for someone trained
Laser - O.R.: Selecta-Duet laser 704 YAGS and 142 SLTs in 2023
