Reason for Adding Job - Cataract Doctor retiring & Medical Retina Doctor relocating

Practice Management - Full time Administrator

Relocation Bonus Offered - Yes

Vacation/PTO - 3 weeks - 1-3 years; 4 weeks - 3+ years

Start Date - TBD - Open to timing

Annual Cataract Procedures - 2500 95% in ASC

Est Surg Volume for this role - 1000-1200 (1000+ within 2 years)

Hospital Call - No

MD Experience Requirement - Open to Residents - Need to be able to adapt to 30 cases / week quickly

Compensation - 35% collections w 1st year guarantee at 350K (PTO/ 401K/ Full Medical Dental)

ABOUT THE PRACTICE:

Practice Location - Midland, TX - lower than normal cost of living; Great appreciative patients, good private schools; snow skiing 2 hours north; Excellent climate - 297 days of sunshine per year and verage year-round temp of 80 degrees

MD Or Corporate Owned - Private Equity

ASC - 1 ASC two rooms
Staff and Support Team - Tenured

MDs on Staff - 7

ODs on Staff - 5

Partners - 12
