Field Sales & service Executive

ob Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dealer visits, order booking, payment collection, stock verification, and achieving sales targets while building strong relationships with dealers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit 9–10 dealer outlets daily to generate orders, monitor stock availability, and ensure product visibility.
• Book orders using the company's mobile application/handheld device.
• Drive sales of key products and ensure availability of major SKUs.
• Verify dealer outstanding payments and collect payments through the company QR code.
• Conduct dealer stock verification by scanning and updating inventory through the mobile application.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, SKU coverage, and productivity goals.
• Promote ongoing company schemes, offers, and new product launches to dealers.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, and report insights to the reporting manager.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure long-term business growth.
• Ensure timely reporting of daily sales activities and market updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, FMCG, Paint, Building Materials, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
