Field Sales Associate

Duties & Responsibilities-

1. His job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted for 
2. training, professional grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers.
3. He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints.
4. He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation or on-site technical assistance, and any other relevant requirement.
5. Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage

Key Skill- Ability to Listen. A good salesperson needs to satisfy a client's needs, Empathy. A good salesperson knows how to feel what their customers feel, Competitiveness, Networking Ability .

Education – Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Experience – Minimum 1yrs to 2 yrs (Field Sales Experience)
Salary up to 21.5k In-hand (PF/ESIC+Incentive+Petrol Allowances)
