Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Performance & Innovation: Provide expert guidance to overcome daily performance challenges and unlock new growth opportunities through advanced data analysis.
• Unleash Data Insights: Leverage powerful tools like BigQuery to conduct in-depth data analysis, generate actionable insights, and deliver data-backed recommendations to clients.
• Standardize & Elevate Analysis: Formalize performance analysis methods, create consistent frameworks for teams, and champion data-driven decision-making.
• Empower Team Growth: Mentor and train team members on onboarding, advanced data analysis techniques, and effective use of marketing platforms and dashboards.
• Champion Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance strategies with overarching business objectives.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of platform changes and industry trends, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of marketing performance innovation.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a performance marketing role, agency experience preferred.
• High-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field of study (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing Analytics).
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. (BigQuery experience is a major plus!)
• Proven ability to manage complex analyses and deliver actionable insights to clients.
• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards using tools like Connected Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to articulate ideas and analyses to clients.
• Demonstrated track record of mentoring and training team members.
• Experience managing data automation projects is an advantage.
