About the Role:
As VP of Sales, you'll be a critical member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. You'll have the opportunity to lead sales for a company providing essential security tools and services to organizations around the world.

Qualifications:
Track record of scaling revenue from ~$5M to $30M+ ARR, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS or data-intensive markets.
Experience selling products to both business and technical audiences.
Proven ability to build and lead high-performance AE and SDR teams.
Strong command of outbound prospecting strategy and inbound pipeline optimization.
Experience designing and growing indirect/channel sales programs.
Comfortable operating in a high-velocity, high-trust startup culture.
Familiarity with the North American and European enterprise market landscape.
Fluent in Hebrew & English.
