• Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms.
• Analyze key metrics and implement strategies for continuous optimization.
• Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests to maximize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to achieve business goals.
• Manage budget allocation effectively.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key platform contacts.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, managing global, high-budget campaigns.
• Expertise in Meta (must), TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn (advantages).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Pivot tables, Looker Studio, Google Analytics).
• Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High-level English proficiency.
