Sales Lead – SaaS Platform Location: On-site | Kiryat Ono, Israel
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Sales Lead to drive sales operations, manage a high-performing team, and help scale a fast-growing SaaS platform. This role combines leadership with execution, focusing on revenue growth and aligning sales with marketing.
Responsibilities:
Build and optimize sales funnels across channels and lead types.
Conduct high-impact product demos and communicate value to prospects.
Manage CRM processes (HubSpot), including pipeline tracking and performance analysis.
Analyze conversion metrics to identify and fix funnel inefficiencies.
Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and funnel strategy.
Lead, coach, and support the sales team in hitting targets.
Develop and maintain sales enablement assets.
Act as a player-coach on strategic deals.
Requirements:
2+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 1+ year in a leadership role.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Experience managing sales funnels and demo-based sales cycles.
Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.
