Partnership Manager Location: On-site | Kiryat Ono, Israel Department: Business Development / Partnerships
We're seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Partnership Manager to drive new revenue by building and managing key partnerships across the fintech and affiliate marketing ecosystem. This is a hands-on role focused on identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and maximizing the value of each partnership.
What You’ll Do
Identify and onboard strategic partners (tech providers, networks, agencies, referral sources)
Negotiate agreements that deliver qualified leads and mutual value
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align goals and co-develop campaigns
Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including performance tracking and reporting
Maintain CRM records and lead regular partner check-ins
Use partner insights to suggest product improvements or integrations
What You Bring
2+ years in partnerships, business development, or B2B SaaS/AdTech sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience managing multiple partnerships simultaneously
English fluency for writing and speaking
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
Bonus: experience with global markets or cross-border partnerships
