We're looking for a service-oriented team member to support our customers in Europe and Israel. In this role, you'll assist across multiple communication channels, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver personalized solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Do:
Deliver top-notch customer support across platforms
Handle complaints, follow up promptly, and propose tailored solutions
Promote relevant products and services
Meet customer experience team goals
What You Need:
1–3 years of customer service experience – required
Fluent English – required; Hebrew – a plus
Experience with Zendesk or similar tools – advantage
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Passion for helping people and building relationships
