Client Success & Sales Support Specialist Location: Rehovot, Israel (Evening Hours) Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Minimum 4 hours/day, 4–5 days a week)
We're looking for a Client Success & Sales Support Specialist to join our team and help drive a smooth, positive experience for prospective and onboarding clients. This role is essential to supporting our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), managing early client communications, and collecting feedback that helps refine our client journey.
You’ll play a key part in helping organize lead activity, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure client records are up to date. You’ll also communicate directly with individuals exploring our services—both paid and pro-bono—and help guide them through the onboarding process. If you enjoy communicating clearly, keeping things organized, and taking initiative, this is a great fit.
What You’ll Do:
Support SDRs with lead tracking, CRM updates, and scheduling
Coordinate internal meetings and prep materials for client calls
Interact with potential clients and assist during onboarding
Serve as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams
Gather informal feedback during early client engagement and share insights
What You’ll Need:
Strong, clear communication skills in English
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable speaking with clients and working across teams
Able to manage multiple tasks and keep accurate records
Training provided—prior experience is a plus but not required
