Head of Demand Generation
We’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation to build and scale a world-class marketing engine. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of pipeline creation, campaign strategy, and growth systems while working closely with Sales and Product to drive measurable impact across the entire funnel.
This position is perfect for a marketing leader who can think strategically, move fast, and thrive in a lean, high-growth environment. You’ll bring both creativity and discipline—developing campaigns that resonate with finance teams, optimizing performance, and experimenting with new ways to fuel growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead the demand generation strategy to consistently deliver qualified pipeline and drive revenue growth
Launch and scale campaigns across paid media, SEO, content, webinars, events, and outbound channels
Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and optimize performance through testing and reporting
Collaborate with Sales and Product on creative messaging and campaigns tailored to target personas
Manage the marketing tech stack including tracking, attribution, automation, and analytics
Analyze data to uncover insights, iterate on strategy, and identify new growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in B2B marketing and demand generation, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or consumer tech
Proven success driving acquisition and revenue growth at an early or growth-stage company
Expertise across key performance channels (paid, SEO, content, outbound, digital engagement)
Strong analytical skills with fluency in campaign metrics, funnel data, and attribution
Experience with HubSpot and modern marketing automation/analytics tools
A creative, entrepreneurial thinker who thrives in fast-moving environments
