Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join a small, focused finance team.

This role reports to the Finance Manager and operates under the guidance of the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle bookkeeping, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all company financial transactions.
• Managing suppliers and processing payments.
• Bank reconciliations and credit card management.
• Analytical review of invoices and payments.
• Maintaining financial documentation and records.
• Optional: payroll processing.
• Preparing reports and insights to support the finance team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Priority ERP is essential. Experience with NetSuite is a strong advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• High level of English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion.
