We’re looking for a Sales Operations Project Manager to join our Sales Operations team. This role combines client relationship management with commercial responsibility, focusing on renewals, onboarding, and retention within a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS platform. Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
Lead renewal negotiations to ensure timely, high-value contract closures.
Manage onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring smooth adoption.
Monitor account health, anticipate risks, and develop proactive retention strategies.
Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities, partnering with Sales leadership to expand accounts.
Support the Sales Operations team with CRM accuracy, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
1–2+ years of experience in Account Management, Renewals, or Sales Operations within B2B SaaS.
Proven track record in renewals and client retention, with strong sales orientation.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Organized, proactive, and results-driven team player.
