Senior Python Developer

A global AdTech company, specializing in digital optimization and advanced creative technologies, is seeking a Senior Python Developer to join its growing and dynamic team.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL.
• Proven ability to design scalable systems and work with microservices.
• Experience in architecting complex, data-driven systems – strong advantage.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React – an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and code quality orientation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and responsive web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Develop and maintain robust server-side applications and APIs.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Actively participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
