Configuration Manager

A defense company developing and manufacturing RF electronic components for both military and civilian clients is seeking a Configuration Management Product Lead.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering and logistical support

• Manage and control product documentation and configuration files

• Collaborate with multiple interfaces (R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.)

• Maintain engineering documentation and configuration throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements:

• Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial & Management Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a multidisciplinary company involving digital boards, mechanics, and software – must

• Proven experience in configuration management, part numbering, product structures (BOM), and version control

• Proficiency in engineering documentation (manufacturing and assembly drawings, engineering documents within product files) and in writing ECO/ECR documents

• Experience with configuration management and computerized logistics systems (e.g., EPDM, Priority) – advantage

• Ability to work independently, interface with diverse teams, and lead processes
