Integration Engineer

A company developing and manufacturing advanced multidisciplinary assemblies in the RF and Microwave domains for defense and civilian applications is seeking an Integration Engineer.

Job Description:

• System integration of multidisciplinary systems including RF, hardware, firmware, and software.

• Definition and preparation of verification and validation test documents for assemblies and systems.

• Bring-up and debugging of electronic boards, with emphasis on radio environments.

• Functional verification of transmitters and receivers.

• Setup and execution of RF assemblies and system validation tests.

• Development of automated test procedures in MATLAB.

• Transition from development to production.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with specialization in RF.

• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role – mandatory.

• Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with RF testing (NF, IIP3, RL, PN, etc.).

• Strong understanding of transmit and receive chains.

• Experience with testing and tuning RF amplifiers and LNAs.

• Familiarity with GUI interfaces and register-level programming.

• Experience with RF calibration procedures (IQ, Gain, TCXO, etc.).

• Proficiency with RF test equipment – mandatory.

• Experience with Embedded RT systems – an advantage.

• Experience in writing ATP/STP/ATR test documents and full command of MS Office tools.

• Ability to document, investigate, and troubleshoot issues during both development and production transition stages.

• Experience writing MATLAB functions – an advantage.

• Coordination of activities with internal and external teams, including system engineering, RF, firmware, software, mechanics, production, and test labs.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and team-oriented mindset – mandatory.

• Broad system-level view, high responsibility, and willingness to work under pressure when required.
