Responsibilities: - Analyze the performance of channels and content across various languages, audiences, and formats, providing key insights that drive strategy. - Identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and areas needing improvement by leveraging engagement and retention data. - Develop and refine strategies that guide what content to produce, localize, and promote in alignment with audience needs. - Build and maintain comprehensive content dashboards that track essential key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, average play views (APV), click-through rates (CTR), and audience growth metrics. - Collaborate closely with our operations team to transform insights into tangible operational results that inform decision-making.
Requirements: - 2–4 years of experience in content analytics, strategy, or marketing operations, ideally in media, YouTube, or localization contexts. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Google Sheets. - Comfort with interpreting metrics such as watch time, retention, and engagement to guide and optimize creative strategy. - Experience with platforms like YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, or social media performance tools to assess content effectiveness. - A strategic communicator who excels at translating complex data into clear, compelling stories and actionable recommendations. - A collaborative, curious mindset with a passion for understanding the global impact of content across cultures and languages.
