We are seeking an Attorney Support Specialist to join our team on a fixed 12-month contract and play a key role in enabling our lawyers to work efficiently and effectively. This position is part of a global support team and involves providing high-quality administrative assistance through a real-time ticketing system (ServiceNow). The role is based in Tel Aviv and may offer a hybrid work schedule.
What You’ll Do
Manage daily tasks including time entry, expense reimbursements, scheduling and calendaring, document management and edits, and coordinating travel.
Quickly learn internal systems and workflows to offer practical, innovative solutions.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all firm and client information.
Contribute positively to team culture by demonstrating strong collaboration and professionalism.
