A well established and growing company in the Adtech field is seeking a passionate Sales Lead to shape and execute their next phase of global expansion! This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the sales strategy and execution, from identifying and engaging top publishers and media partners to closing high-value deals and designing the frameworks that will define our future revenue engines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets. - Identify, engage, and close partnerships with publishers, SSPs, DSPs, and media networks worldwide. - Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across the programmatic ecosystem. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align solutions with partner needs. - Lead and mentor a lean team of fractional sales consultants and a BDR, ensuring high performance, accountability, and clarity of objectives. - Design and optimize sales processes that increase conversion rates, predictability, and scalability. - Own CRM operations - from pipeline management to automation and reporting. - Track, analyze, and present KPIs and insights to leadership. - Stay ahead of market trends, competition, and emerging ad-tech innovations. - Leverage AI tools for lead enrichment, outreach personalization, and forecasting. - Establish and refine a consultative, data-driven sales culture.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in sales roles (experience in digital media or programmatic advertising is a plus). - Proven track record of managing full sales cycles and meeting targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset - a builder comfortable designing systems, tools, and playbooks. - Hands-on expertise with CRM management, including pipeline management, automation, and analytics. - Passionate about AI and automation as enablers of growth. - Strong understanding of the programmatic landscape and publisher monetization challenges is a plus. - A strong network in the programmatic and digital publishing ecosystem is a plus. - Great energy and enthusiasm are a must! - Native-level English proficiency required.
