Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of global marketing initiatives.
Dashboard Ownership: Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports to communicate actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Advanced Analytics: Utilize data mining, business intelligence, and statistical tools to drive scalable marketing growth.
Process Optimization: Continuously identify and implement improvements to marketing systems and processes to increase efficiency.
Leadership: Serve as the internal authority on marketing analysis, mentoring your team and enhancing their technical capabilities.
Professional Experience: 5+ years in marketing analytics or a related field, with a proven track record of executing data-driven strategies (ideally within B2C mobile app environments).
Leadership: Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams, with a focus on professional development and mentoring.
Technical Proficiency: * Vast SQL experience and a solid understanding of database architecture.
Hands-on experience with visualization platforms such as Looker or Tableau.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of statistical analysis.
Communication: Ability to distill complex data into clear, concise insights for diverse stakeholders.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and leadership skills with a high degree of professional responsibility.
Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
