We are looking for a data-driven, hands-on CRM Manager to own the lifecycle journey and drive engagement for our global community.
As our CRM Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns. You will be responsible for the entire user lifecycle—from initial ideation and journey design to technical execution and performance reporting. Your goal is to increase retention, minimize churn, and maximize lifetime value through personalization and rigorous experimentation.
Lifecycle Management: Design and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across push notifications, in-app messages, and email.
Performance Optimization: Monitor daily KPIs and campaign metrics to drive engagement, support revenue goals, and reduce churn.
Data-Driven Strategy: Lead A/B testing and experimentation. Formulate hypotheses, analyze incremental uplift, and scale successful tactics across audience segments.
Operational Excellence: Manage routine QA and troubleshooting to ensure seamless campaign delivery and high deliverability standards (domain health, authentication, and list hygiene).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with BI, Product, Design, and Content teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand communications.
Technical Execution: Handle technical setups, targeting logic, and CRM automation to ensure a premium user experience.
Experience: 3+ years in B2C lifecycle CRM management with a proven track record of hitting KPIs.
Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in CRM automation platforms (Optimove experience is highly preferred).
Analytical Skills: Advanced ability to interpret complex data, measure incremental impact, and present actionable insights.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and HTML/CSS for email. SQL skills are a significant advantage.
Communication: Native-level English is required. You should have sharp copywriting and editing skills with a focus on clarity.
