RF Final Testing Lab Team Lead

A defense company developing and manufacturing RF electronic components for military and civilian organizations is seeking a Final Testing Lab Team Lead.

Role Overview:
The position includes both managerial and hands-on responsibilities, leading a team through the transition of products from development to production, performing testing of components, modules, and systems in the RF and microwave domains, and troubleshooting and investigating technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Practical Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Proven experience in team management or leadership
• Strong knowledge in RF and electronics
• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment such as Network Analyzer, Signal Analyzer, Oscilloscope, and Signal Generator
• Ability to read and interpret schematics (Allegro)
• Experience transferring products from R&D to production or working in an RF integration testing lab
• Advantage: knowledge in digital systems and experience with programming/flashing tools
