Manage and optimize large-scale user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat
Analyze campaign data to improve key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV)
Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to enhance campaign performance
Stay updated on industry trends and leverage new opportunities for growth
Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution
Oversee budgets and ensure efficient media spend while achieving revenue and growth goals
3+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing
Proven success managing high-budget campaigns for international brands
Strong knowledge of major digital marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat)
Advanced analytical skills with experience in attribution and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
High-level proficiency in English (written & spoken)
Experience working with agile methodologies – advantage
