We are seeking a results-oriented Head of Media to lead our in-house performance marketing efforts. This is a key leadership role focused on driving business growth through strategic media acquisition, team development, and high-level ROI optimization.
As Head of Media, you will define our digital strategy, oversee substantial advertising spend, and empower a team of media buyers to achieve top-tier results across multiple global platforms.
Direct and mentor the media buying team, fostering a culture of continuous optimization across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and various PPC channels.
Build and execute comprehensive media roadmaps that align with ambitious growth targets.
Closely monitor campaign data to maximize ROI, identifying new opportunities for innovation and scaling.
Manage budget allocation and media planning to ensure capital is deployed efficiently and effectively.
Partner with internal departments to ensure media efforts support broader business goals.
Maintain a competitive edge by staying current with industry shifts, emerging tools, and platform updates.
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a deep technical understanding of PPC and digital media buying.
Direct experience in Search Arbitrage is a mandatory requirement.
Proven track record of managing a media buying team and developing talent.
Success in managing and optimizing high-budget campaigns across diverse platforms.
Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
