Finance Manager | Traditional Industrial Metals Company

We are recruiting a Finance Manager for a well-established industrial company in the metals sector, employing approximately 300 people. The company operates across manufacturing, metal processing, trading, warehousing, and nationwide distribution, serving a broad industrial customer base.

This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to executive management and taking full ownership of the company's finance function. The position requires a finance professional with extensive experience in traditional industrial and manufacturing environments, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and planning
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, banking relationships, and internal financial controls
• Provide financial analysis and business insights to support management decision-making
• Partner closely with operations, production, procurement, logistics, sales, and commercial teams
• Improve financial processes, reporting, and internal controls
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
• Lead and develop the finance team

Requirements

• CPA certification – mandatory
• Significant experience in senior finance leadership roles within industrial or manufacturing companies – mandatory
• Experience in traditional industrial sectors such as metals, manufacturing, distribution, construction materials, or similar industries
• Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement, supply chain, production costing, and operational finance
• Experience managing finance in companies with substantial operational activity and multiple business functions
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on management style
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English skills
